"I think it looks cute." She cooed, standing shakily.

He chuckled and walked up to her, putting an arm around her to keep her steady, "Let's go see my family." He kissed her softly.

She nodded and started hovering above the floor, her wings being stronger than her legs at that point.

He walked out and down to the courtyard, where his parents and sister were, his sister trying to get their father to teach her how to wield a sword. Trienna was the first to notice them, "Rune!" She ran up to them and hugged her brother, then she looked at Zoe, and she smiled, "Zoe!" She looked at her parents, "Rune did it! He saved her!"

Zoë smiled, picking her up, "I missed you guys."
Night looked at them and grinned.

"Put me down. I'm eight. I don't need to be carried all the time." Trienna said, now very annoyed.
Rune smiled, "I told you I wasn't going to let her die, didn't I, Mom?"
Dallen grinned, "I'm glad you succeeded. I was worried you'd never leave your room again..."

Zoë laughed and set her down.
Night nodded, squeezing Dallen's hand.

Trienna ran back over to her parents. Dallen smiled.
Rune looked at Zoe.

Zoe flew him once or twice before settling down on the ground.

Trienna sat silently on her balcony, bored out of her mind.

A stray canine sniffed around near the outer edges of the castle grounds. It held its head up and stood still as it got a whiff of the castles kitchen, then barked quietly, wagging its long fluffy tail. It crawled forward on its tummy, and as Nightingale stepped the door to the courtyard it rushed in to the castle.

Trienna walked downstairs and to the kitchen.

It sneaked expertly to the kitchen and crept towards the food on the counter.

She saw it and screamed, "Dog!"

The dog yelped and backed up, looking ashamed with its tail between its legs.

She walked up to it and looked at it, "How did you get in here?"

It looked at the door to the courtyard, then backed up a little more, resting its head on its paws with its rump in the air as though saying 'sorry.'

Tri giggled, "Aw..." She reached her hand down to pet it.

The dog wagged its tail and proceeded to lick her hand.

She pulled her hand back quickly, "No."

It cocked it's head and stared at her.
